Quando o Sono Não é Reparador

Muitas pessoas acreditam que o problema é apenas dormir poucas horas, mas frequentemente a dificuldade está na qualidade do sono.

 

Alguns sinais comuns incluem:

Inflamação Silenciosa

Processos inflamatórios persistentes podem alterar neurotransmissores e favorecer hiperativação cerebral.

Intestino e Microbiota

O sono ruim pode causar ganho de peso?

Sim. Alterações do sono podem influenciar hormônios relacionados ao apetite e ao metabolismo. 

 

Dormir pouco afeta a imunidade?

Sim. A privação de sono pode reduzir a eficiência da resposta imunológica. 

 

Intestino pode influenciar o sono?
